In joining this team you will advise on high-profile domestic and international M&A transactions, working with leading corporates, private equity, and financial institutions on complex and innovative deals shaping the Irish and global business landscape. This is a career making opportunity for an ambitious M&A solicitor who has gained
2-4 years' PQE
with a large or mid-sized law firm in
Ireland
or the
London
market.
Responsibilities
* Advise on the full range of corporate M&A matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings, IPOs, and equity capital markets.
* Work with Irish and international corporates on cross-border transactions and inward investment projects.
* Draft and negotiate key corporate documents with precision and commercial insight.
* Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated client solutions.
* Build strong relationships with clients, supporting both transactional and long-term strategic needs.

Candidate Profile
* 2–4 years' PQE
as a corporate M&A solicitor, gained at a large or mid-sized law firm in
Ireland

London
, or in another
Common Law jurisdiction

* Strong technical knowledge of M&A and general corporate law.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Commercially astute with the ability to deliver practical, business-focused advice.
