Job Title: Payout Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Payout Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing global payroll activities and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with various payroll systems and software. They will be responsible for coordinating with our finance team, payroll service providers, and benefit brokers to manage the entire payout process from start to finish.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and implement global payroll activities, including processing payments and reconciliations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as our finance team, to ensure seamless execution of payout operations.
* Work closely with external stakeholders, including payroll service providers and benefit brokers, to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the payout process.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of all payout transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in multi-currency payroll operations, preferably in an outsourced or cloud-based environment.
* Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is essential.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
