Position: Part-Time Chef/Cook
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef to join our friendly team at Babes in the Wood crèche in Dublin. The salary will be commensurate with experience. If you have knowledge and experience as a Cook or Chef and are passionate about providing nutritious meals to support children's growth and development, this is a great chance to advance your career with a reputable company. The position is available immediately.
Role Requirements:
* Recognized Catering qualification (beneficial)
* Catering experience, preferably in a childcare environment
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Knowledge of preparing food for special dietary needs
Role Responsibilities:
* Catering for children, including those with special dietary requirements
* Maintaining adequate food supplies and proper storage
* Ordering food and keeping monthly stock records
* Ensuring the kitchen is clean, tidy, and meets hygiene standards
* Preparing balanced and healthy meals
