Job Title: Senior Cost Planner

As a Senior Cost Planner, you will have the chance to engage in exciting projects, including High Rise Residential Schemes, Hotels, and Mixed-Use developments with major Infrastructure Works.
You will be responsible for pre-contract duties under the direction of the Divisional Manager, providing you with exposure to various aspects of the business.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* A minimum of five years' post-graduate experience with a PQS/Main Contractor/Developer.
* Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets.
* Strong proficiency in IT skills, particularly in Buildsoft-Cubit, Cost-ex or equivalent, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
* A willingness to attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to present findings.
* Good spoken and written communication skills.
* Methodical approach, attention to detail, and accuracy.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with people at all levels.
