Job Title
A senior project lead is needed to drive Injection Moulding projects forward.
* 1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Develop and execute Injection Moulding equipment installation plans.
3. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure delivery of quality results.
4. Provide leadership and technical expertise to cross-functional teams.
5. Ensure all process developments meet quality standards.
6. Work closely with team leaders to develop and implement strategic engineering goals and objectives.
7. Support the implementation of all engineering initiatives.
8. All employees are responsible for minimizing both environmental and health & safety impacts of their work.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:
* A degree in Mechanical or Polymer Science, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
* Proven track record in project management.
* Ability to manage multiple assignments or projects with sound analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Flexible work ethic.
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
* Decision making – required to make decisions on technical issues.
* Ability to take direction and take responsibility for systems.
* Excellent planning & organization skills.
