IT Project Coordinator Role

About the Role
This is an administrative role that supports the IT department in its delivery of projects. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and communication across various IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the IT department in its delivery of projects.
* Coordinate resource availability and logistics to support the execution of IT projects.
* Assist with the management of purchase orders and invoices.
* Organise and maintain document repositories ensuring up-to-date version control.
* Support the onboarding process for project team members by ensuring access to relevant systems and tools.
* Maintain and administer the Portfolio Management System and ensure data accuracy.
* Liaise with internal departments including procurement, finance, and HR as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1–3 years' experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role, preferably in a clinical, technical or IT environment.
* Working knowledge of IT concepts and terminology.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities, with high attention to detail.
* Demonstrated flexibility to manage changing priorities.
