This role requires a minimum of 5 years senior management experience, preferably within a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing quality functions or regional operational management roles, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have responsibility for ensuring that quality systems are effectively designed, implemented, and monitored across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing policies and procedures, conducting audits and risk assessments, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives The ideal candidate should possess: * A third-level qualification in a relevant field such as nursing or medicine.
