Job OverviewWe have a vacancy for a IT Infrastructure and Security Manager to join our wonderful Head office team in Dublin 2Key Areas of ResponsibilityInfrastructure ManagementOversight and implementation of technology brand standardsCyber Security & ComplianceProject Management for IT related topics on new openingsIT Support & MaintenanceRole ResponsibilitiesBrand Standard ManagementManage the implementation of the tech brand standards on existing hotels and new openingsWork closely with the NHOPS team as well as the different departments to ensure all requirements are metAdvise on new hard technology to improve guest experience and tech standardsNetwork Infrastructure ManagementOversee the design, implementation, and management of the group’s IT network, ensuring seamless connectivity across all hotel locationsAct as the primary contact for third party network support providerEnsure the availability and performance of critical systems, including Wi-Fi networks, guest-facing technologies, and back-office operationsImplement and manage disaster recovery plans to mitigate risks of IT system failuresData Security & ComplianceLead the design and implementation of a robust cybersecurity strategy, ensuring all digital systems are protected against internal and external threatsEnsure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR, and implement best practices for data handling and privacy across the groupMonitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, ensuring that protocols are in place for rapid detection and resolutionRegularly conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments, addressing any potential risks or areas of non-complianceIT Support & MaintenanceReview and evaluate current IT Support structure and propose a future way of workingLiaise with third party IT support companyImplement robust IT support processes, including the creation of helpdesk protocols, troubleshooting guides, and service level agreements (SLAs)Manage ongoing software user/licence reviewsOversee domain name registration, management, and reviewsWork closely with third-party support vendors to ensure minimal downtime and swift issue resolutionReview current vendors and suppliers, their scope of work and alignment with the Group’s strategy; run RFPs to identify new suppliers and negotiate agreementsDevelop and manage relationships with key IT vendors, suppliers, and technology partners to ensure the group receives high-quality products and servicesNegotiate contracts with service providers, ensuring that the group achieves value for money while receiving premium support and technology solutionsRegularly assess vendor performance, reviewing SLAs and adjusting as necessary to ensure consistent service qualityPreferred Experience & Skills5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure management within a multi-site organisation, ideally hospitality or related industryStrong knowledge of network architecture, hardware management, and cybersecurity protocolsProven experience with data protection compliance (GDPR) and conducting security auditsTrack record in managing IT projects, including new site openings and large-scale system upgradesVendor and supplier management experience, including contract negotiation and SLA oversightStrong communication and problem- solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsBenefitsGlobal discounted staff room rates across the group50% off Food and 25% Beverage across the groupIncreased Annual Leave with ServiceEligible for company Bonus SchemeFriends and Family discountContinual training and developmentCareer progression within the GroupGratuities *Meals on shiftBike to work schemeRefer a friend schemeWellness at work events and access to wellness platformEmployment Assistance ProgrammeGroup discounts for cinema tickets, shopping deals etcService recognitionRegular fun-filled activities and gatherings for all teams across the group*Applicable to certain positions
