Position Description: The Regulatory Reporting & Financial Reporting Senior Analyst will assist in preparing various Central Bank of Ireland ("CBI") Regulatory reports and financial statements.
These include MMIFs, Monthly NAV return, Quarterly SPV returns, and Quarterly Non-Irish Return.
The role also involves supporting the Financial Reporting team with other departmental functions.
What you'll do: Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly CBI Regulatory Reports and Filings. Act as the main contact with CBI and a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders. Respond to CBI queries and information requests within deadlines. Maintain and update regulatory reporting procedures. Ensure compliance with service level agreements with accounting teams and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing Annual, Interim, and Quarterly Financial Statements. Coordinate, plan, and complete audits and audit requirements. Handle Annual and Semi-Annual Filings. Respond to client and auditor queries within deadlines. Maintain a library of all audited financial statements. Collaborate with Financial Reporting team members to meet deadlines. Train, coach, and mentor team members where appropriate. Adhere to the Company's Safety Statement to ensure health, safety, and well-being. Perform ad hoc tasks or projects as required. What you bring to the table: 18 months to 2 years of funds or audit experience. Finance-related Degree or part-qualified Accountant. Experience in preparing regulatory returns. Knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP and International GAAP. Experience in account preparation in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
