My client based in Dublin 2 are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Office 365 Administrator for a 6 month daily rate contract to oversee the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of end‑user IT services within a global enterprise environment.This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient digital workplace services while driving operational excellence across endpoint management, collaboration platforms, infrastructure support, and user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of EUC analysts across BAU support and project delivery activities.Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change activities within an ITIL‑aligned framework.Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and participate in major incident resolution activities.Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams to support global infrastructure and service delivery initiatives.Ensure high levels of operational performance, service reliability, and user satisfaction.Administer and support enterprise Microsoft 365 environments, including collaboration, messaging, and endpoint management services.Manage endpoint and mobile device lifecycle activities, balancing security, compliance, and user experience.Oversee licensing, compliance, retention, and governance controls across end‑user platforms.Provide Level 3 support and technical expertise for Microsoft 365 services and integrations.Support automation and operational efficiency initiatives through scripting and tooling improvements.Infrastructure & SecuritySupport digital workplace and infrastructure transformation initiatives across identity, collaboration, endpoint, and migration programmes.Manage secure endpoint and workplace platforms across Windows environments and device management solutions.Maintain identity and access management services, including hybrid identity integrations and directory synchronisation.Partner with Cyber Security teams to enhance resilience, endpoint security, and compliance standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, endpoint management, and end‑user services.Required Experience7+ years’ experience within End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or Infrastructure Support environments.Strong experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments and endpoint management platforms.Proven experience managing Windows environments, device management, virtual desktop technologies, and identity services.Strong understanding of IT service management, governance, compliance, and operational support frameworks.Experience supporting infrastructure transformation, migration, or modern workplace initiatives.Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Technical Skills & ToolsMicrosoft 365 AdministrationExchange OnlineSharePoint administrationMicrosoft TeamsIdentity & Access ManagementActive Directory / Hybrid IdentityVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI / AVD)PowerShell ScriptingMicrosoft GraphDNS / DHCPITIL FrameworkPreferred CertificationsModern Workplace / Endpoint Management certificationsIdentity & Access Management certifications
