In your new role as a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of complex engineering projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects across the water, wastewater, and energy industries. This includes managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scopes, manage risks, and oversee procurement and resource allocation. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle, and supporting commissioning and handover activities. What you'll need to succeed: To be successful in this role, you should hold a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, along with at least five years of experience managing complex projects within the engineering or utilities sectors. You will need a proven track record of delivering infrastructure or industrial projects, strong leadership and organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, as well as Microsoft Office applications, is essential. A full current driving licence and a willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland are also required.
