Clerical Support Role in a Busy Public Sector Department
We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide support in a dynamic and busy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting data into our database, liaising with other departments to obtain files as required, managing internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets of activities.
This is a 35 hour per week role working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We offer a competitive hourly rate.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional administration experience, minute taking experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as high attention to detail and organisation.
