Supply Chain/Data Coordinator CREGG are seeking an organised and customer-focused Supply Chain/Data Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team. This is a full-time permanent position and will be based out of the companys office in Castlebar on a hybrid basis. The Supply Chain/Data Coordinator will have a strong supply chain background, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Procurement and vendor management ensuring accurate and timely purchase orders are sent to our suppliers and the delivery process is managed efficiently Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, optimising stock levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain. Manage the integration and data between the clients key suppliers and their ERP system Ensure purchasing and stock data is updated accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile integrated data once processed in the ERP system. Provide key purchasing and stock reports and KPIs from the ERP system to the management team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key suppliers and internal stakeholders. Manage and maintain databases: You will be responsible for organising and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data security protocols. This includes data entry, data cleaning, and data validation. Data validation and quality control: Review and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness. Develop and implement data quality control processes to identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors. Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and quality across different systems. Develop data management policies and procedures: Contribute to the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes developing data governance strategies, data privacy protocols, and data retention policies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply chain, or a related field. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving capabilities. Excellent time management skills focusing on priority issues. Flexible to evolving responsibilities, quality oriented, able to take initiatives and collaborate closely with others. Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. Proficient in using statistical software and tools for data analysis. Possess a high level of accuracy and precision in data entry and data validation. Experience in managing databases and working with database software such as SQL. Ability to extract, manipulate, and query data. Familiarity with data visualisation tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to create visually appealing and informative reports.
