Job Description The role of the Logistics Administrator is to support client requests for sample collection bookings, sample packaging recycling, sample package preparation, preparation of client reports and general administration duties as required.
Specific Tasks: Organising sample collections/ deliveries.
Dealing with customers by email and phone.
Administration of delivery jobs to the billing system.
General Administration, including filing, queries, data entry, reporting and tracking courier deliveries.
Oversee all external international and national deliveries and queries.
Liaise with accounts in relation to any logistics billing enquiries.
BioTrak-create client bookings, client support, allocation of bookings to drivers and end user development support.
Sample package recycling.
Qualifications Education LeavingCertificate or equivalent.
Administration or Logistics training/education Experience Ideally 1 year but not required as training will be provided Skills
