Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of a residential project in Limerick.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of all aspects of the warehouse construction project, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

* Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
* Maintenance of accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs.
* Fostering positive relationships with the project team and clients.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in commercial and warehouse projects.
* In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in construction management software is beneficial.
