A major healthcare organisation is preparing for a transformative Electronic Health Records (EHR) implementation and seeks an experienced
Senior Change Manager
to support programme-wide change and transformation activities.
This role will suit a confident, senior-level change professional with extensive experience delivering change initiatives across healthcare environments. You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering engagement, readiness and transformation workstreams to support the commissioning of a new hospital facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and assess current change and transformation practices across the EHR programme.
* Lead and support new and existing change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and readiness activities.
* Deliver workshops, engagement sessions and change interventions across clinical, operational and administrative teams.
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on change impacts, risks and mitigation strategies.
* Drive adoption, communication and behavioural change needed for the EHR rollout and hospital opening.
* Provide structured, hands-on support to multiple workstreams within a large, complex transformation programme.
Experience Required
* Minimum
7+ years' experience in healthcare change management
– essential.
* Proven track record delivering change within hospitals, health systems or large clinical environments.
* Experience supporting digital or technology-enabled change (EHR experience highly advantageous).
* Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication capability.
* Ability to influence complex stakeholder groups, including clinical and operational leaders.
* Flexible to work onsite in Dublin as programme needs increase closer to go-live.
