Domestic Heating Technician
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a skilled domestic heating technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to domestic properties across various locations.
About the Role:
1. The role involves servicing and maintaining gas/oil systems, including annual gas/oil services in NIHE properties and private residences.
2. You will also be responsible for performing inspections and safety checks on gas boilers and oil appliances.
3. In addition, you may be required to carry out repairs and breakdown maintenance on these systems.
4. A key aspect of this role is flexibility - you may be asked to cover other office locations or work irregular hours (including call-outs).
The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing domestic central heating systems, fault-finding skills, valid CSR card (if applicable), full driving license.">
- Experience working with Gas Safe certified equipment/safety protocols OR OFTEC qualified
- Valid Full UK Driving License
- Availability to perform call outs during off-hours rotation schedule \]
