* Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
* Experience leading teams within an F&B Department
* Strong financial acumen and proven experience of P&L management
* Excellent leadership and people-management skills
* In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and cost-control techniques
