Job Title
A Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing project schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience working on capital projects, preferably within the Life Sciences sector. A strong understanding of Primavera P6 and MS Project software is required. Effective communication skills, along with a willingness to learn and adapt, are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project schedules from conception through to completion
* Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and chair schedule workshops
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, supporting capital projects in the Life Sciences sector (GMP experience an advantage)
* Proficiency in using Primavera P6 and MS Project software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues
