Job Title: HR Business Partner
This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management team and driving business success.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, compensation and performance management.
You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Additionally, you will work closely with managers to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Conduct employee training and development programs
* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations
* Administer benefits and compensation programs
* Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in a business partnership role
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
