Role Overview
As a Customer Advisor in Life Insurance, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, advising them on the most suitable life insurance policy solutions. With full product training provided, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service while ensuring compliance with Central Bank regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advise customers on protection policies, including Mortgage Protection, Life Cover, and Income Protection.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant Central Bank regulations.
4. Stay informed of developments in the financial services sector relevant to the role.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with:
1. Experience: At least 2 years in financial services or insurance. Strong administrative and phone-based customer service experience is essential.
2. Skills: Excellent PC proficiency, including MS Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure compliance in a regulated environment.
3. Mindset: Goal-oriented and ambitious. Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn. A customer-first approach, always. Enthusiastic, approachable, and a team player. Willingness to support colleagues, share knowledge, and learn from others.
As a customer advisor you will receive a base salary of €30-€35k (depending on experience) in addition to a monthly and a yearly sales based bonus. You can expect year 1 earnings in the region of €35k -€45k with potential for significantly higher earnings from year 2 onwards. Career progression frameworks in place.
