Clinical Sales Specialist Permanent role We are currently recruiting for a Renal Clinical Sales Specialist on behalf of a leading healthcare company. This is a nationwide, field-based role that combines clinical education, hands-on training, and sales development across Ireland. About the Role: This position blends clinical expertise with commercial responsibility. You'll be actively involved in educating and training hospital staff on renal products-such as during new installations or as part of service contracts-while also driving new and existing business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver on-site training to nursing teams during product installations and service contract rollouts Educate customers on the correct use of renal products to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support sales growth Identify and develop new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technicians, and educators across the Irish healthcare system Participate in tender submissions and ensure timely, accurate delivery Travel nationwide and occasionally internationally for conferences and training events Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall profitability Maintain accurate records via CRM and reporting tools Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation at all times Work cross-functionally with internal teams and contribute to special projects as needed Candidate Requirements: Registered Nurse with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) Renal nursing experience is highly desirable; candidates with strong ICU experience will also be considered Proven success in a sales role, ideally within hospital or community care settings is an advantage Experience in renal therapies sales is a strong advantage Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills Strong organisational, administrative, and IT capabilities Full clean driving licence Must be eligible to work in Ireland Package to include competitive basic salary and excellent benefits such as private health insurance, pension, bonus, company car and more.
