Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 15
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Night Shift, 23:00 to 7:00
Salary:€32,000 per year + 30% shift allowance
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operative, where your top priorities will be safety, quality, and achieving performance targets. In this role, you\'ll have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Adhere strictly to good safety practices, with a primary focus on Health and Safety during all tasks.
* Communicate with customers as required.
* Operate a forklift and work independently for extended periods when necessary.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions meticulously.
* Collaborate closely with internal customers to meet business requirements efficiently.
* Execute all warehouse tasks with efficiency, maintaining product, inventory, and process integrity per SOPs.
* Sustain an output level consistent with other team members (units per hour).
* Monitor inventory for errors and promptly report them to the Warehouse Supervisor.
* Stay informed about weekly cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Ensure all orders are received, picked, inspected, and delivered in line with customer requirements.
