Job Summary:
A leading mental health provider is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee clinical governance and support the continued development of its multidisciplinary service.
* Lead clinical teams and take responsibility for patient care.
* Contribute to clinical governance and service strategy.
* Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legislation.
* Support, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
* Monitor and improve standards of care through audits and action plans.
* Promote advocacy for patients' rights and best interests.
Requirements:
* Full registration (general and specialist) with the relevant medical authority.
* Senior leadership experience in mental health services or large healthcare organisations.
* Experience in psychiatric practice across diverse settings.
* Track record in education, research, audits, or service improvement.
* Strong communication, and multidisciplinary team skills.
