The primary responsibility of this role is to service existing household insurance customers handling incoming customer calls, processing policy changes and renewals. The ideal candidate must hold an APA qualification and ideally have 2 years experience working in personal insurance. The successful candidate will be permitted to work 3 days from home after the initial training in period and be provided with a fantastic opportunity to grow within the business. Requirements; 2+ years personal lines experience. APA qualification required. Ability to learn and adapt to organisational challenges. Demonstrate empathy, understanding and patience. Good organisational, planning and execution skills. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
