Logistics Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing client accounts, supporting warehouse operations, and delivering exceptional experiences.
About the Job:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for logistics clients, providing prompt and professional support.
* They will also monitor and manage stock levels, deliveries, and inbound shipments to ensure seamless operations.
* Additional responsibilities include assisting with warehouse operations, ensuring products are organised and safe.
* Our ideal candidate will attend weekly meetings and contribute to process improvements.
* Accurate reporting and compliance with health and safety regulations are also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination is required.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
* A high attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines are also necessary.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems, are required.
* Flexibility to support changing business needs, including overtime if required, is essential.
