Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our team in Belfast. As a Complex Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a personal caseload of large loss claims and supporting the Lead Lawyer on multi-million-pound cases.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of indemnity, liability, quantum, and litigation processes. You will be expected to draft clear, concise technical advice, analyse extensive medical and quantum evidence, and instruct and brief medical experts.
Key responsibilities include managing a personal caseload of large loss claims, drafting pleadings, witness statements, and applications, conducting witness interviews, and gathering liability evidence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor (NI / ROI / England & Wales) or equivalent proven litigation experience
* Strong knowledge of indemnity, liability, quantum, and litigation processes
* Critical thinking, forensic analysis, and excellent attention to detail
* First-class written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines under pressure
* Collaborative mindset with willingness to mentor junior colleagues
