We are delighted to be working with a leading Dublin commercial law firm seeking to hire a Public, Regulatory & Procurement Solicitor to join their well-established advisory and regulatory practice.
The team acts for a wide range of public bodies and regulated organisations, advising on complex public law, regulatory compliance, and procurement matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or recently qualified solicitor to develop specialist expertise within a highly respected team offering high-quality work, partner support, and clear progression.

The Role:
* Advise on public procurement law, including drafting and reviewing tender documentation, compliance and procedural guidance.
* Work on public and administrative law matters, including statutory interpretation, governance frameworks and decision-making processes.
* Support clients on regulatory compliance, investigations and advisory mandates in regulated sectors.
* Assist in procurement disputes, challenges and judicial review proceedings.
* Collaborate with colleagues and senior stakeholders to deliver practical, high-quality advice.
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with experience or a strong interest in procurement, public/administrative, or regulatory law.
* Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused approach.
* Eager to build a long-term career in public sector, regulatory and procurement law.
* Ability to manage workload effectively within a supportive team environment.
