We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to collaborate with other product teams and help drive the adoption of good UX/UI practices across this diversity of products and groups.
About the Role
ADI's large and growing software product portfolio includes web, desktop, and mobile applications across a range of business segments from aerospace, automotive, sustainable energy, communications, digital healthcare, industrial automation, instrumentation, and consumer.
As ADI’s software product needs increase, teams throughout the organization require a higher level of UX/UI design input and consultation including conceptualizing ideas, iterating on and elevating existing products and integrating defined UX/UI standards across platforms.
You will be part of a centralized, multi-cultural design team, collaborating with global teams to improve the experience of cutting-edge hardware related software products.

What you will be doing
* Work alongside product teams on design concepts for early-stage proofs of concept, MVPs and full production experiences to elevate the standards of both the visuals and the experience
* Create experience prototypes to evaluate product and end-customer assumptions
* Craft interactive prototypes that allow teams to test usability, technical and business assumptions
* Contribute components and patterns back into the ADI
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with product leaders throughout the organization to conceptualize UX/UI design solutions.
* Clarify product vision and work with cross-functional teams to produce quality designs.
* Ensure shipped product meets Design and Accessibility standards.
* Create designs utilizing and following ADI brand.
* Create/iterate Figma components following best practices and Harmonic principles.
* Work on tasks autonomously and be able to manage priorities.
* Be comfortable with feedback sessions with Design Leaders.
* Liaise with QA and Software engineers when necessary to explain features and designs.
* Work in collaboration with a Lead Designer.

* 3-5+ years' experience.
* Expert knowledge of the latest Figma builds and methodology.
* Good knowledge of design and accessibility principles.
* Good knowledge of cross platform experiences, e.g. web/desktop and mobile app components, patterns.
* Working knowledge of Agile and other common project management models.
* Ability to switch effortlessly between projects and products.
* Prioritize collaborative work over personal preferences.
Nice-to-have skills
* Experience with building/maintaining/driving adoption of Design Systems.
* Ability to understand, follow and add value to a specific art direction.
* Graphic design, Illustrations and iconography skills
