Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Operations Sales Support for our Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial Building Services solutions provider in Cork City.
The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player who can ensure smooth operations in Branch settings. This is a permanent position with regular working hours of 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities:
This role involves carrying out various administrative duties, handling debt, assisting with warehouse operations, including inventory checks and management, product organization and retrieval at client request, and effectively communicating with customers to resolve queries in a polite, friendly, and warm manner while delivering exceptional service.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in customer-facing roles or production/warehouse environments
* Familiarity with administrative duties
