About the Position
We are seeking highly motivated professionals to provide person-centred support to adults with autism, behavioural support needs, communication needs and community integration in residential houses across Donegal, Galway and Louth.
* The successful candidates will work within a multi-disciplinary team of registered nurses, care assistants and social care workers.
* Maintain standards of service delivery while adhering to HIQA regulations.
