As a key member of our team, the Contract Manager oversees contract operations to ensure effective administration.
The Contract Manager directs contract operations to ensure effective administration of contracts by developing and implementing a Contract Management Program that aligns with work procedures and the Subcontract/Contract Management Manual.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a Contract Management Program that aligns with work procedures and the Subcontract/Contract Management Manual.
* Analyse contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from the scope of work; recommend mitigation and monitor remedial actions.
* Manage the pre‑award process through Bid, Evaluate and Award.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management, administration, and NEC experience.
* Proven track record of conducting contract management in major rail projects or projects of similar scale/complexity.
