We are currently seeking a Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial operations, including budgeting, reporting and compliance. You will oversee day-to-day financial activities, prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities:
* Manage financial planning, forecasting and cash flow analysis.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Prepare and review financial statements, audits and tax filings.
* Oversee the finance team, providing guidance and training as needed.
* Lead the development of strategic plans, including profitability analysis and cost control.
* Liaise with external auditors, banks and other financial institutions.
Qualifications:
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services or with relevant industry based experience.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards and risk management.
* Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
