The Team Lead is accountable for leading Day Service teams in a service context.

* Inspire and motivate effective teamwork, promoting collaboration among colleagues.
The role will focus on delivering services that empower people to make informed choices about their lives. Services include support with independent living skills, community engagement activities and personal development opportunities within the New Direction Model of Service Delivery framework.
