Human Resources Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing HR support on operational aspects, including payroll administration, employee relations cases, and benefits management.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support on operational aspects, including payroll administration and employee relations cases.
* Manage benefits administration and renewals.
* Assist with the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
* Payroll administration for starters, leavers, and amendments.
* Familly leave advice and administration.
* Responding to queries via the 'Ask HR' inbox.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced organization as an HR Generalist or similar role.
* Knowledge of local employment legislation.
* Understanding of disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability processes.
