**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Provide clinical and managerial leadership to the Cath Lab nursing team

2. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Cath Lab to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient care
\
3. Assist in the development and implementation of policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives
\
4. Support and mentor nursing staff, including induction, education, and ongoing professional development
\
5. Collaborate with consultants, cardiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high clinical standards
\
6. Monitor patient care outcomes, ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
\
7. Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and nursing practice
\
8. Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork among the nursing team
\
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and optimize resource allocation
\
10. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other hospital departments to achieve seamless patient care
\
11. Lead by example, promoting a positive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of nursing staff
\
12. Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing strategies, policies, and procedures that align with hospital goals and objectives
\
13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and benchmarking exercises to identify areas for improvement
\
14. Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and regulatory requirements in cardiac nursing and management
\
15. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and external partners
\
16. Represent the hospital at local, national, and international forums, conferences, and workshops

17. Engage in peer review, mentoring, and coaching to support the growth and development of nursing staff
\
18. Contribute to the development and maintenance of accreditation standards and quality indicators
\
19. Work collaboratively with IT, finance, and facilities teams to implement new technologies, manage budgets, and optimize physical space

20. Stay informed about emerging trends, innovations, and technologies in cardiac nursing and management
\
21. Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements
\
22. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty
\
23. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop branding, messaging, and promotional materials that showcase the hospital's commitment to cardiac care
\
24. Advocate for the needs and interests of nursing staff, ensuring their voices are heard and valued
\
25. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations, such as universities, research institutions, and healthcare providers
