It is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Operations Manager looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities Maintain the highest standards across all aspects of the property. Work closely with staff and management to achieve optimum sales levels while keeping operational costs including labour, food, and beverage supplier costs under control. Ensure staffing levels are maintained to meet operational needs while upholding service excellence. Implement company standards for supplier management, service excellence, hotel presentation, and customer care. Conduct regular stock takes, monitor KPIs, GP, labour costs, and revenue; work with the audit team to minimise potential losses. Oversee the smooth running of service, hygiene, and customer contact in line with agreed operational standards. Ensure all Heads of Department conduct weekly staff training sessions. Perform random room checks in conjunction with the Accommodation Manager, signing off on the Room Service checklist. Manage guest complaints professionally, implementing corrective actions and ensuring full resolution and guest satisfaction. Communicate all F&B updates to staff and liaise with relevant departments on changes. The Successful Candidate Will Have Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail. The ability to work on their own initiative while collaborating effectively with senior management. Excellent communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English.
