We offer a client-focused and pragmatic approach to all matters of general civil litigation and commercial disputes, with a specialist expertise in employment and media law.The role:Requires a litigation solicitor 3 to 5 years PQE.Experience in defamation and employment law is preferable but not required.Involves managing your own files which will mostly be general civil litigation files (employment, defamation, privacy/GDPR, intellectual property, personal injuries, general contract and commercial disputes).The candidate:Must be highly motivated and confident with the ability to work proactively on their own initiative.Must be team oriented and collegiate.Excellent communication skills imperative, particularly with clients.Must take responsibility for files and ensure that all files are appropriately prioritised.Have a good ability to adopt a commercial perspective rather than an 'academic' approach to queries and to be client-focused.
