Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Monaghan. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, optimizing processes for efficiency, and managing inventory control. The role involves collaborating with various teams, maintaining accurate records, and resolving operational issues in real-time to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge in logistics, supply chain management, and operations processes
Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in inventory management systems and data entry accuracy
Leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate staff effectively
Capability to follow safety protocols and ensure compliance
Prior experience in temperature-controlled environments is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
Flexible to work varied shifts and adapt to business needs
Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not required
