We're seeking a leader who can shape experiences that embed strategy and storytelling into every idea, whilst taking creative risks that redefine audience expectations. This role will drive both client-led and owned experiences on a global stage.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate creativity across departments, ensuring work is strategically grounded and creatively bold Champion company culture and the production mindset across the organisation Lead global expansion, ensuring experiences resonate across markets and cultures Build and maintain senior-level client relationships and develop new business opportunities Excel in presentation and communication of creative vision
Required Experience
Proven senior leadership in brand experience, live events, or creative production Track record of scaling creative vision and growing high-performing teams Strong client relationship management at C-suite level Experience with global, multi-channel brand experiences Understanding of both client-led and owned experience models with commercial acumen
10 years + experience
5 + at a leadership level
