Client Services Ops Media Tools and Development require expert engineering program management capability to execute technical partner integrations.
This scope of work has been identified as appropriate for vendor delivery, allowing Client to focus on core engineering and product development while outsourcing program coordination and integration management.
Scope of Work & Deliverables Deliverable: Successful launch of (X) technical partner integrations per quarter, meeting defined acceptance criteria Milestone: Integration project plans delivered within 10 business days of partner commitment Acceptance Criteria: All integrations pass QA validation and meet performance benchmarks Cross-Functional Requirements Documentation Deliverable: Comprehensive requirements documentation for each integration project, synthesizing inputs from Client Engineering, Operations, and Product Management teams Milestone: Requirements docs approved within 15 business days of project kickoff Acceptance Criteria: All stakeholder teams sign off on requirements accuracy Risk Management & Mitigation Deliverable: Risk identification and mitigation plans for each project, updated weekly Milestone: Risk assessment delivered within 5 business days of project kickoff Acceptance Criteria: 90% of identified risks successfully mitigated before impacting project timeline Technical Partner On-Boarding Coordination Deliverable: Complete on-boarding execution for new technical partners, including feature enablement and integration testing Milestone: On-boarding plans delivered 20 business days prior to partner launch Acceptance Criteria: Partner confirms successful integration and feature functionality Production Support & Integration Maintenance Deliverable: Ongoing support for engineering features supporting partner integrations, including troubleshooting and escalation management Service Level: P1 issues acknowledged within 2 hours, resolved within 8 hours Acceptance Criteria: 95% SLA compliance maintained monthly Project Status Reporting Deliverable: Weekly status reports and monthly executive summaries on project progress, risks, and outcomes Milestone: Reports delivered by EOD each Friday (weekly) and 1st business day of month (monthly)Acceptance Criteria: Reports include progress against milestones, risk status, and next-period outlook Job Requirements Established company with 5+ years delivering engineering program management services Experience managing technical partner integrations for enterprise-scale technology companies Proven methodology for cross-functional project coordination Quality assurance processes and SLA compliance tracking Escalation procedures and management oversight structure Technical Background:10+ years' experience in technical program management on complex, cross-functional projects.
Background in software engineering development with understanding of coding principles and system architecture Experience with both internal and external partner integrations Program Management Expertise: Proven track record launching multiple concurrent technical implementations.
