* Lead business planning, budgeting and profitability management
* Implement digital and workflow improvements
* Manage quality standards and regulatory compliance
* Develop and mentor staff, supporting CPD and performance
* Ensure excellence in client service and relationship management
* Contribute to strategic planning and succession leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess senior management experience within a professional services firm, with strong operational, financial and people leadership skills.
They will have experience managing budgets, teams and business performance, excellent communication and problem-solving ability, and a degree in Business, Management or Accounting (additional qualifications an advantage).
