Job Overview
This position involves managing and supporting the Aortic-CMD product lines, focusing on creating strategies for market development and growth in assigned regions. Collaboration with marketing teams, business management, and divisional support is essential to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with divisional objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, measure, and meet business plan goals for assigned specialties and geographies.
* Support accelerating market adoption for assigned specialties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management.
* Extensive sales, marketing, and/or product management experience.
* Demonstrated deep knowledge and experience with relevant products and markets.
* Prior experience in leading organizational change preferred.
* Strong strategic business skills and leadership abilities.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
* A higher level degree in a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience desirable.

Working Arrangements
The position can be based at William Cook Europe in Denmark or at Cook Ireland, or it can be field-based if you are already working in a field-based role. Travel up to 50% may be required.
