Facilities Operative Role
Our organization seeks an experienced Facilities Operative to join our team. This is a key role in maintaining the highest standards of maintenance throughout the Sports Surgery Clinic.
1. Maintaining Standards: Assist the facilities team in ensuring all areas meet set standards, including general duties, building and installing cabinets, repairing locks and hardware, window cleaning, and landscape maintenance.
2. Key Responsibilities:
1. General duties, including day-to-day maintenance tasks and responding to ad-hoc requests.
2. Building and installing cabinets, shelving, and other storage solutions as required.
3. Repairing locks and hardware to maintain the integrity of facilities.
4. Window cleaning and power washing exterior surfaces.
5. Landscape maintenance, including groundskeeping and horticultural tasks.
3. Requirements:
* Proficient knowledge of trade and handyman skills.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in this or a related role.
* Hospital experience preferred but not essential.
