What You’ll Do As a P&C BP
The People and Culture Business Partner holds an integral role in delivering our transformation and people‑first strategy. They work in collaboration with business leaders and functional teams, acting as the essential connection between business strategy, people strategy, and best practices.
People Strategy
* Align People & Culture plans with overall business culture and strategy.
* Collaborate with line managers and leadership to prioritise and deliver the people plan.
* Share insights and best practices across the P&C Business Partnering team.
* Build external networks to bring innovative P&C ideas into the business.
Partnership
* Establish strong, trusted relationships across the Primark business.
* Coach line managers to lead effectively and understand employee engagement.
* Maintain collaborative relationships with client groups, P&C colleagues, and COEs.
* Provide data‑driven insights and solutions and manage employee relations systematically.
Talent Development
* Coordinate the annual performance management process for client groups.
* Support leadership development through coaching and Make Your Primark initiatives.
* Facilitate talent reviews to drive career development and succession planning.
* Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning COE to implement solutions.
