Job Responsibilities
* Pricing models on excel for pipeline business
* Overseeing new homes enquiry database in conjunction with team members
* Branding concepts and marketing material drafting in conjunction with third party advisors
* Experience using a property CRM not essential – we use Acquaint presently
* Responsible for communicating and qualifying buyers
* Strong Communication skills verbal and written
* Marketing initiatives with office network to enhance our brand and reputation in your area and community
* Using all relevant technology systems (e.g. CRM and Online sales systems), maintain up to date and accurate records, ensuring files are continually and appropriately maintained
Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)
* PSRA License
* Min 1-2 years previous experience in similar role
* Full clean driving license
* Proficient in MS office packages; Excel, Word and Outlook in particular
* Understanding of Mailchimp and social media platforms is required
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
Understanding of the new homes plans / site maps – ability to read, review and analyse site plans and house plans offering imput to improving layouts / product offering
