Job Description
We are looking for a professional, courteous, and organised Receptionist to join our financial services team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a critical part in delivering exceptional client service. The Receptionist will also provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our officeManage the Reception Desk, ensuring all clients, visitors and vendors are greeted and assisted in a professional mannerManage and maintain all building access card requests and logsMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information and ensure adherence to Company policies and proceduresAssist the Facilities and Office Manager as requiredPerform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying and data entryReceive, arrange and manage mail, packages and courier requirements across the businessPrepare meeting rooms for Senior Leadership Team requirements, including setup and refreshment coordinationMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and common areasTake ownership and manage end of day reporting and returned post requirements and reporting.Support all Business areas where required.
QualificationsPrevious experience in the role of receptionist or an administrative role within financial services preferrableStrong time management and organisational skills with the ability to react and deal with change in a fast-moving environment.Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressureStrong customer service orientation and professional demeanourAbility to manage internal engagement with all teams/stakeholdersExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level attention to detail and accuracyAbility to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with our contractors/vendors/stakeholders/others
