Key Responsibilities
* Optimise and accelerate global project and service delivery.
* Own a global governance framework, establishing governance structures, risk and change‑management policies.
* Lead a cross‑functional team and measure success by efficiency gains and quantifiable cost‑reduction.
* Act as the key interface between executive leadership and global business functions to ensure transparency, alignment and timely decision‑making.
* Align project and service delivery with the organization’s strategic goals.
* Global harmonisation and standardisation of project management processes across regions.
* Translate regional requirements into solutions and facilitate effective communication across time zones and cultures.
* Set up a reliable global resource‑management reporting system.
* Monitor and implement performance metrics, tracking project and service performance.
* Implement initiatives of high strategic importance to drive process excellence.
* Organise and deliver best‑practice training for project managers.
* Continuously improve processes and delivery of project and services.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve problems.
* Investigate and optimise non‑functioning processes.Analyse and enhance the efficiency, stability and scalability of client systems.
Qualifications & Experience
* Native‑level fluency in English; a third language a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in global organisations.
* Experience managing complex, international programmes, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
* Experience working in a matrix organisation, balancing corporate and local priorities.
* Project management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are required.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Degree in Economics, Information Management or a related discipline (or equivalent).
* Passion for entrepreneurship, continuous improvement and delivering best solutions.
