Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in administration, customer service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with customers and engineers on a daily basis to provide quotations and assist with order processing.
* Answering phones and assisting the team as the main point of contact for customer calls.
* Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and record keeping.
* Liaising with colleagues on outbound orders and sales to ensure seamless communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong IT skills, with experience in using office software packages.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry would be beneficial.
