People Operations Coach (SVP or C-suite) - EMEA

About The Role
We are looking for senior leaders in HR roles in EMEA who have experience within technology companies or tech‑adjacent environments, value learning, growth, and community, and who are passionate about developing and coaching people.
As a Mento coach, you will form 1:1 partnerships with our members to help them identify and track clear goals, become better leaders, communicate more effectively, solve work issues, and feel happy, fulfilled, and engaged at work and beyond.
All Mento coaches are required to participate in our ICF‑certified coach training program before working with members.
Responsibilities
Your routine responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
Participating in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills.
Communicating with members via email or chat between sessions.
Sharing coaching tools and insights with the Mento community.
Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.
Contractual Details
Contract position; paid per hour with bonuses.
Minimum 12+ hours per month and 24+ months commitment.
Requires 3–5 hours per week toward Mento.
Fully remote; candidates across Europe welcome.
Who are you?
VP+ or C‑suite HR leader with 20+ years of experience managing HR teams and coaching (coaching certification a plus).
Desire to turn people‑leadership skills into coaching skills.
Passionate about helping people advance and build fulfilling careers.
Self‑aware, high emotional IQ, creates a safe space for vulnerability.
Growth‑mindset and curious about coaching, regardless of prior coaching experience.
Comfortable in a constantly changing startup environment.
Can dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for the next 24+ months.
